01 Who this applies to

This policy applies to every individual user of LawyerDesk apps, whether you signed up directly or were invited by a firm. It supplements the Terms of Service for the consumer-facing surfaces of LegiScore and Case Trail.

02 User conduct

You agree to use LawyerDesk in good faith, to provide accurate information, and to respect the rights of others. Harassing other users, impersonating others, or submitting deliberately misleading queries are grounds for account action.

03 If you're a legal professional

You remain bound by the rules of professional conduct of your jurisdiction. LawyerDesk tools do not replace professional judgment. Review all outputs before delivering them to clients.

04 If you're a citizen or SME

Public information surfaces (such as the LegiScore borrower view and any consumer-facing summaries) provide general information to help you understand legal concepts and prepare for conversations with counsel. They are not a substitute for professional legal advice. For anything consequential, consult a licensed attorney.

05 User-submitted content

You are responsible for content you upload. Do not upload content that violates laws, infringes intellectual property, or compromises another person's privacy.
